Whenever i drive around in LS i have 60fps and then it drops down to 11fps or 30fps.
I've changed the graphics settings around and it still does the same thing. My PC beats the recommend specs so i don't know whats wrong. here's my specs below..
GTX 970
i5-4690k
8 GB ram
Z87H3-M Motherboard
Anyone else having this issue?!?!?
Edit* Somehow got it to play smoothly, i just restarted my pc and i guess that helped
I notice something as well, the longer i play the lower my fps goes down.

if this is happening with alot of games its a pc issue if only gta idk cause i dont play only thing i would try is play around with graphic settings

Can confirm, also have a 970 getting 80+ FPS then random 40FPS drops when driving + flying.

check you have the latest driver released by nvidia also..

It just happens randomly and it's annoying. I can't even play the game without it dropping to like 11fps.

I have the drivers as well, installed them twice just to make sure.

i was watching a stream with someone with same specs as you and they didnt lose any frames they played it on ultra they alt taped and it **** up, if the stuff in la/ls are trying to load that will cause frame lose wait till they release a update or try to update the gpu drivers if you didnt already
