It is so variable we can't help you without screenshots of the enemy war base.
Though usually, all drags on a TH8 would flatten it.
You could also do GoWiWi or Loonion, depends what you prefer.

If I was you, I would do dragons if they are level 2.
Also, bring a CC with barbs/archers to clear the surrounding buildings so your drags don't waste time on the easy buildings.

Strat:
Pick 1 side and drop the CC, clearing the easy buildings to be picked off and drags go straight for the strongest part of the base not being hit by trying to destroy surrounding buildings, drop barb king before you deploy the drags to use as a meat shield.

Looking with heals and rages.

And attack from all directions. they will meet in the middle and pretty much destroy that base.
