I have decided to switch to Intel, but I don't know what cpu and motherboard to get...
I have 450 USD for the mobo and cpu upgrade.

What's your storage situation? SSD/HDD? Intel upgrade isn't really logical IMO. You'd be better holding off, and keeping your 8320 until Skylake or Cannonlake.

Currently have a wd 1tb blue. I planned on adding an ssd around 120gb for my os and a game.

120gb can fill up rather quickly. Get a 250.
