Just a curious question wondering how many people plan on joining?

I've been in the Marine Corps for about 4 years now if that can count on this thread. I enjoy it very much!

I'm joining the Royal Army Medical Corps (RAMC) after University.
My school-friends father, lead all medical operations in Afghanistan for British forces, so I've got links.
I should hopefully become a military doctor for the British Army, one day.

Where are you currently studying to be a doctor?
University of Nottingham. I'm doing a 5-year medical degree.
I was offered a contract, which meant that I would do my military training, after school finished, then go to University whilst earning £30,00 a year.

The military is a back up plan for me if college does not work out. But, I have put a lot of thought into joining and all the benefits of doing so compared to not and what not.

I'm going to college for a political science degree, then I will go into the Navy as an officer.

I want to join the Royal Marines in the UK but I plan on doing another year of school and continuing to build up my overall fitness beforehand. - It's a tough 32 weeks.
