All you have to do, is turn your Xbox off but hold the Xbox button on your Xbox. It's a power restart then turn it back on and it's fine. Quick and simple. I knew this just need to make a video about it. Thanks.

Or you can take the disc out and put the disk back in BUT hold the disk half way, then when you feel like something grabbed then let the disk go.
