I am looking to buy a PC or Laptop to game on , it needs to be able to run any game smoothly , but i aint very good with specs and stuff
So i could be very happy if you guys could help me make one and i will +REP

That's a very vague budget. Also;

This isn't the "help me with pre-builts" section. For your budget, it's unlikely that you'll even get a system capable of maxing every game at 1080p, unless you build it yourself.
