I am thinking if my pc will play GTA V if i buy it...

Intel Q45 Express Chipset w/ICH10DO

At 720p maybe low settings. I have the 750 OC 2gb DDR5 graphics card by MSI, and it's pushing that 2GB at high settings at 720p.

But in short, probably not. I'm not 100% sure but the processor is weak, and it lacks the VRAM as well.

You will be able to run the game fine, Most likely on 1080p low/medium settings.

The gpu can push out the frames but your cpu is holding you back. You should be fine though.
