I suggest you should get a Toyota yaris 998cc petrol manual transmission. Or if u want a cheaper one look for nissan micra 998cc or 1.0L . Or you could just get daewoo or a smart car. the daewoo and smart car are like 0.6L Petrol and some smart cars are on diesel also

Yes the Yaris and the Micra are fine but the Daewoo is a very bad car and the Smart Fortwo or whatever one you are talking about is a go kart.

So for anyone getting a car:

Yaris - Fine
Micra - Fine
Daewoo Matiz - Very unreliable car and ugly
Smart Fortwo - Go Kart

Sorry for sharing my thoughts out loud

3005 wrote Civics are very cheap on Gas, Insurance and very cheap to get replacement parts i would go for that. My friend pays around $55 a month. i drive a 2010 Ford Fusion SE and im only 16 but i pay $100 a month so he gets it cheap because hes 16 too.

Ohh how I wish insurance was like that in the UK.

And for OP I am a bit older than you and drive a 1.6 MK4 Golf.

I had the MK4 1.6 Golf in black but never insured it due to having quotes around £2000, if i were to get another car it would have to be the same and just save for the insurance. ATM I have reverted to a motorbike.. but it works for me as I like bikes just the same as cars.

Got Saxo for my first car wasn't the best and insurance on it is ridiculous so i sold it few months later and bought a [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] honestly your first car doesn't really matter insurance company is just going to rob you anyway once you got 1 year NCB look to get a better car
