If it wont load its down, its should say "Downloading content" when the mod is loading up, and yes you need your IP Adrees in there, and the correct DNS server numbers.

I have put everything in correct and I got the Blue Tick. But I load up and it loads fine. I dont get the "Downloading Content" and CoTC is loading up just fine now..

What did I do wrong?

If it doesn't load it just means the server is down bro.
But if it loads then its fine have fun.
