Ok so basically im not sure whats the best yet cheapest idea to do here, real quick heres my current pc specs.
Graphics: AMD Radeon 5450 (garbage)
64 Bit
8 GB Ram
Intel Core i5 3330 @ 3.00 ghz
power supply: 500w ATX12v version 2.3
so basically when i try to run games that are hard on graphics (like GTA V, H1Z1, Battlefield, ect..) The quality cant run over 144p and i got like a 10 frame rate lolol
with what i have now could i upgrade my graphics card and run these games normally? or are there many other things that i would have to purchase and install? whats the best route here xD thanks!
p.s. im not good with computer specs so sorry if i have no idea what im talking about xD

Yeah a new GPU will be fine for now, you may also want a new PSU if your current one is crap. What make is the PSU you currently have?

CPU and RAM are fine. Motherboard will be fine. I'm assuming your HDD should be fine. No need to completely re-build, but depending on your specific case and PSU, they could be worth replacing. Would definitely be worth adding an SSD and replacing the GPU.
If you could tell us your case, and specific PSU(make and model), as well as your upgrade budget and currency, that would help.
