i am new to pc gaming and wAnt to know if this pc will run games at 1080p or at least that here is the build

EVGA GeForce GTX 960

yes and no depends the games you want to run if you could you should go for a 970 at least 980 would be ideal here

The 960 is more than fine for 1080p gaming however some settings on games will need to be turned down to get 60fps.

A 980 is overkill for 1080p and a 970 would be the sweet spot for 1080p.

I can vouch for the GTX 970 being excellent for 1080p gaming, got one for christmas and I'm running GTA V at near ultra settings at 50-60fps. Its a brilliant card.
