I Use Adobe After Effects and i dont think you can. Look up some videos on Youtube they may show you how

If your looking for a basic fix just cover it with a box or something, but as for advanced theres not much you can do without editing each frame in photoshop or something

Depending on how you're using this video, you may need crop the video to get rid of the date, or, like said above, cover it with something. Not necessarily a box (that'd look pretty bad) but a logo?
