im new to building pc and someone recommended Core Temp to check my pc's temperature but i got no idea what these things mean and what my actual temperature i:"s

Those are the amount of cores that you have. It is showing you how much load is on each of the cores. If you looked on the bottom, it says that your cpu readings are with the minimum reading at 22 C and the max at 28 C.

Your current temperature is where it says CPU #0
So my CPU is currently at 13C

Whats a temperature i should avoid? whats the safe or when it gets to what should i start worrying ?

You want to keep it below the 65 degrees mark.

You wont hit that unless your overclocking it.

If it does get too hot, it will shut down automatically. You shouldn't be worrying about temperatures if your running stock.

Also, that CPU uses an algorithm to calculate the CPU temperature which isnt always accurate. It tends to be more accurate the hotter it gets.
