in need of a card that will play some games at 1080p such as WAW, Gmod, and other games like so, but I'm on a tight budget. Power consumption doesn't matter.

i used to have a GTX 660TI Super Overclocked. in your budget easily and im not sure how it compares to your other GPU's this was a decent card a few years back, kinda dated now but still has 2GB of Video Ram. id look at some benchmarks online to make sure.

GTX 660 is a still great card even though it may be dated now, I have one currently in my rig. It will max the games you listed above with ease and to add it will run GTA V on normal to high settings at 1080p with 60FPS.
