Alright, so as of right now I'm trying to edit a video, but I'm trying to figure out how to do two things. If anyone can link me a tutorial or anything, that'd be great.
If you watch this video, skip to 30 seconds you'll see around 33 seconds how the frames skip like so, I'm trying to figure out how to do that. It's when they dap each other up.

i believe the key the hotkey is "U" or "S" (i havent used SV13 in ages) to split the clip..surely you could split it up and take out the piece you dont want? like 0.01seconds with of clip and it would jump straight the next bit?
Im sure theres much better ways of doing this but thats one way.

It's "S", but I did try this, and it's not as smooth as it looks, or should look.
