My xbox one controller just failed update went to 33% then failed.

Has no power when USB plugged in
I've took battery out left it,
Done xbox cycle
Unplugged by mains
Also tried re syncing
Still not working help plz

I would contact xbox support, the software inside might not work anymore

Yes call the support team on the Xbox website, explain your problem and hopefully an expert can explain how to fix this error.

I spoke to xbox support on live chat they couldn't help due to my controller being older than 90days. I received 1 month Xbl free but doesn't cover the broken controller
