americans and other countries say that british is a good accent because it's different and makes us sound weird lol but i would prefer to have an american accent because i say stuff so posh sometimes it's actually quite annoying and london is the worst place imo because of Peckham

Just messing obviously. I'm from Scotland myself, Paisley(just outside Glasgow) and I always get American/Canadian girls(mostly) telling me that British accents are "so hot", like nah bitch lol. Where I live is full of junkies and alcoholics with 3 teeth total, no idea how that can sound appealing to anyone.


I live 10 mins from Glasgow, And its mainly Junkies and alchoholics aswell. I cant wait to grow up in order to move house.

People that have not been to the UK or places like that judge all the variants of the British language and the accents that go along with it. They are judging the average.

Don't really understand why accents are "attractive" or "hot" though as it's just a way someone talks and it's not something they can or can't control.

I'm a little further. I live in Paisley. I don't even live in a 'bad' part of Paisley, but there are still junkies and alky's everywhere. Gots to get myself away from this shitehole

Not sure if it's the same for you, but literally right round the corner from my gaff is a bunch of junkie flats, and they have been out in force the past few days(because of the nice weather), drinking their 2 bombs with their tops off, getting wide with the mad squads getting drunk in parks, it's pretty hilarious lol.

I see plenty of Junkies running around with there tops of drinking, Then they start fighting and stuff. Its funny because they think there hard but there ****** when they are alone haha.
