The fact that you think it's not cocky makes it all that more cocky.

The definition of cocky is being confident in a bold way by saying "I swear I do the best on like every game I play" is in fact cocky.

You're pretty much just boasting about how well you do, if you're good at the game then fair enough but there's no need to brag about it. In my opinion this is seen as very cocky.

If you are the best in lobby, you can say it. if not. well, you are just like most of the other cod fanboys!
