Does jailbreaking an iDevice void the apple care warrenty

A jailbreak does void the warranty, but if something was to happen to your iPod where they have to restore it, they'd never know. I know this from experience. All apple devices can be restored back to default settings, removing the jailbreak. If I were you, I'd jailbreak!

Yes, if it's jailbroken the warranty is voided.
If you restore the iPhone back to factory default then it you still have the warranty

Yes If you jailbreak it it will be voided but if you want to jailbreak and then you get an upgrade you can factory reset the phone
