Looking for antivirus that wont slow my pc
Pretty much I need a new antivirus software and preferably a free one if anybody has ways of doing this?

Malwarebytes is an anti malware not an anti virus that being said it's used a secondary line of defense you need an actual anti virus. ESET is light weight and a really good anti virus vendor if you're looking for paid however if you're wanting a free anti virus check out Avast or Qihoo 360 they are most popular.

I would recommend AVG, it has great protectino but isn`t too large.
