Hey All
I have been researching how to build my own pc for almost 2 years now (while my old pc was on its last legs lol) and im soon to build my pc but i have a question - what are you guys experiences with ASUS's RMA ? I have heard quite alot of bad news when it comes to ASUS and the way they deal with RMA's but i know that they are one of the top if not the top brand when it comes to motherboards
Would appreciate if you guys could share any experiences youve had with the ASUS RMA procedure
Cheers
Tac

I believe ASUS have a office in the UK that handles all RMA's... Although I've never dealt with them direct, I've heard they get the job done quite fast.
Never try an XFX RMA... It takes weeks.

Asus are the most popular brand for motherboards but don't confuse this as them being the "best". There is no "best" company when it comes to PC hardware. I have a few Asus components in my rig, including an Asus motherboard but I haven't had deal with any RMA's. RMA's are always a pain to deal with regardless IMO, but I can't imagine Asus are that bad. I'm sure if a replacement is warranted, they'll get one to you asap.
