I just took the risk and done this again, on a throwaway account/email address. This still worked for me, so if when it does/doesn't work for someone else, could you please post saying what Country you live in and what exactly it said. Thanks TTG.

Go into your orders, click the order you made, under the black ops 3 game, there should be a little button. If its not there, contact game support and get them to cancel the order for you.
