The cancel option will be below it if you used a credit card, but if you used Paypal the cancel option doesn't seem to show up so you might have to cancel it from the Paypal website.

Yeah mate it can take up to 4 hours. Just sit tight. You'll not charged since you only get charged once the game is shipped. Which obviously it wont for a good few months.
