G2A wrote Not a bad video, but maybe try and make your posts a little more interesting. put more effort when sharing your videos and you will get somewhere! If people like the content, they will stay, but with over 120 million users on Youtube, its gonna be hard to get seen!

Yeah for sure, a lot of competition out there! Thanks a lot for the advice. And what do you mean by posts btw?

Can I just say I love how calm your intro is and I like the whole vibe throughout the video, too bad I don't like COD gameplay, I mostly watch pc so if you want to reach out to other audiences maybe swap up some of the games

I don't know if anyone else has said any of this i'm sorry.
I spent many years playing Call of Duty and uploading and trying to get myself somewhere. I got pretty good with figuring out how things work and actually started to get a decent amount of money. (Decent as an good for any 17 year old who doesn't have any other responsibilities.)
Main thing is determination. I couldn't tell you how many times i got discouraged or dis-motivated every time I saw my videos not getting that much feedback. But if YouTube is something you want to make a serious income on, then you have to be serious.
You already are way ahead of the game and you don't even know it! Your videos are very professional and you seem to already have the basic skill to edit which is very useful not just in YouTube, but in other things in life.
Also, learn how to work with people. Be kind and uplifting. Help anyone out you can. Even if they seem like the couldn't benefit you. It says a lot about who you are and people will appreciate it. And you never know, someone you help out one day with 10 subscribers could have 10k by the next month.
Final thing man is to ENJOY it. Have fun with it. Have fun with what you do. and be CREATIVE. Creativity is the main factor in getting somewhere on YouTube nowadays. And its not as hard as you may think. Sit back and think about what you would enjoy watching, and do it. Meet as many players as you can and become friends with them, share ideas with them and create a mutual relationship. Do this everyday and before you know it you will have a decent subscriber base of people who enjoy the same things you do and everything after that is the easy part. Also, don't hesitate to message or email your favorite players or bigger companies. I know it seems like everyone does this but it really can help. Sorry if you've heard all of this before but this is what I've learned over the years of being in this community. Its just going to get more and more difficult every day to get yourself out there so start today! I subscribed to you and look forward to watching many more of your videos in the future. Stick with it man, and enjoy the ride!

YouTube is just getting harder nowadays because it's not even about the content tbh, it's all about the personality.

Unless you have contacts with fair big YouTubers or even have an insanely good personality that can make your fans stick with you, it just won't go anywhere.

If you manage to become fairly big yourself, you will start getting known more in the community and that will expose your channel bigger.

Wow, thanks a lot for that man. I can tell that you're really helpful. You wrote all that when you didn't even have to.

But seriously, you're absolutely right! I noticed that people do get discouraged really fast, I was guilty of that myself before. Not anymore though.

And I'm definitely gonna help out whoever I can. Maybe they'll help me in return too.

Thank you very much for your post It was honestly really helpful and I sincerely appreciate it.

Do you still make videos btw? I'd love to check out your channel if you still do.
