I need help Port-Forwarding my Unturned Server.

It was working yesterday but when i went to work and came back everything was messed up.

I would prefer if you used Team Viewer instead of trying to help me via comments.

The game is... odd with port forwarding. I successfully forwarded my ports and for some reason my friend couldn't connect. So then I went to hamachi and used that and my friend could connect. Sadly though, the amount of lag that arises while using hamachi makes the game unplayable.

Yeah, one of my admins created my server on my computer then done the port-forwarding and everything was good for a few days until today when i came back from work.
