Hello ! (sorry sor bad english, I am french)
Just bought a Macbook for school, but I can't run any game with it... Ventilator are making same sound of an airplane...

I don't know what to do to boost performance, I can't change RAM on it because it's f*cking Apple Macbook so we are not able to change it...

Buy a real PC. You're not going to get any gaming done on a macbook. It uses Intel's iGPU.

I have a real PC too, but less good for transport ( i'm a student ).
My PC is also bad, AMD :
The GUA390 features a fully-loaded arsenal that's loaded with:
AMD FX-4300 Zambezi processor and 8GB of RAM
1TB storage capacity
NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 graphics with up to 1GB dedicated video memory
Preloaded Windows 8
HDMI output and 6 USB 2.0 ports

just bought it and didn't change anything.

When I'll have money, can I change AMD to intel ?

If that's the build, I would change Power Supply and graphics card first. AMD->Intel swap can wait a bit...

Macbook's are not meant for gaming or anything demanding..

An Intel switch would be an improvement but as Zayev has said, a GPU upgrade would make more sense, it's going to give you a bigger performance increase in games than a CPU upgrade would.
