So I have two new case fans coming in today, and I already have one currently in my case. Which would be more beneficial in the end. Two intakes and one exhaust, or two exhaust and one intake?

The following 1 user thanked dunefreak333 for this useful post:

What's your specs and case?

It would be best for 2 intake at the from and one rear exhaust for positive airflow.

Edit: Apparently,my phone loves fans so much that it thanked the topic...

And please don't criticize on the fact that I have a MoBo that has overclocking capabilities and Locked cpu. I went cheap and left room for upgrades in the future.

I would use all three as intakes. When you have high pressure inside the case, air doesn't need any help from fans to get out. I would probably do one in the front and two on the side with the top fan openings blocked off so air will come out the back of the case.

It's fine. I've done worse - locked CPU, z97 and water cooled...

Your build isn't going to have much heat output so I stick to my above statement of 2 in the front, 1 as a exhaust.

Okay, well I will try both of the options given here and I'll use which is best.
