i currently have a r9 255 witch is a pathetic excuse of a card, as the pc i got was pre built its hard to find out what motherboard it has, so after 2 weeks of searching i found it.

sorry mate, i should have said i will BE getting a 970 i want to know if my mother board
supports the 970 and if not i will have to get another also what PSU would you recommend at 700w or higher also a case a big one with lots of room

It supports it.
You won't need close to 700w's with a 970 a decent 550w is more than enough Craig suggested a powersupply upgrade as prebuilts will choose crap ones to save money.

It supports it.

really ? i love you. Quick and simple answer. i have posted on here multiple times and i have gotten long winded explanations with no actual answer. thanks again , what case would you recommend. my price range is £50-£70
