i have 2 desktop gadgets and thryre saying im using around 80-85% of ram when im not even touching anythin.

i have done simple stuff like reebooting and switching slot nothing is working why is this?

Open up task manager, and see what is using the ram.

Also, how much ram do you currently have?

In task manager check the processes tab and see what is eating all that RAM.
It is likely going to be something leaking memory so if that's the case simply update that program or just uninstall it.
If you are unsure of what the process is just google it's name.
