So I recently got GN1 and theirs a smurf almost every other game making it hard to rank up. Most of the time they will have like 45 kills when the rest of their team has like 8 kills each. I've tried playing with lower ranked friends and theirs not as many but still a few here and there. is there any other way to prevent this because i dont want a smurf on my team because then it will take like 10 games to rank up.

Not really any way to prevent smurfs, there at every rank, not just low ranks, just something you have to put up with.

The only advice I can give you is to just keep playing, because your rank will improve based on your performance aswell (I think). Smurfs have a high MMR because they do well in games, and they often don't stay the same rank for long. If it takes time for you to rank up, it's sort of positive because you can assume it's smurf free. (sorry, English isn't my first language haha)

It may be hard but going along with what Udyr said. Just keep playing, you will slowly start to increase in skill and you will be playing at a high level than your rank shows, Therefore,in time to come, ranking up will be a breeze.

No, not really. Ranking up from silver - MG2 is easy, although DMG + does get harder ofcourse..

I'm LEM on my main I only smurf cause there is a hacker in almost every game I join. I play on my friends accounts that are lower ranks as its too hard to beat hackers.
