At the start your in a stretcher of some sort and a woman comes in the room and explains that something has happened in the building and that she has some sort of superpowers

That's all I can remember and want to know the name of the game as I want to buy it back(had in in 2006

You replenished health by walking up to a vending machine and when you progressed though the game you gained superpowers....

I know this isn't in good detail but if someone can help me find the name of the game it would be very good

Another thing I can rember was that it was a first person game and that it had gun battles but mostly hand to hand combat

Well what was the theme, get super in detail on any visuals you can recall and furthermore what console?

It was always dark mostly all the inside of the buildings was rubble and the was this mechanic where the could slide under tables when being chased to escape enemies

And when you finished drinking a cola your character tilted the can and threw it away

One of the superpowers was where you could teleport form one place to another within 30 metres

It was either the xbox original or 360

And I can remember that the woman character tells you that your superpowers haven't fully grown yet and that they should split up and about every chapter you would see this woman and sometimes they would stick together for a few chapter then would have to split up again as you wouldn't have unlocked the superpower to proceed so you would have to find another route

And every time you unlocked a superpower your character would sound like he's in pain and all the veins in your arm turned yellow for a few seconds

It sort of sounds like Second Sight, though I don't really remember it that much. Hopefully that rings some bells.

When I hear this, I think of Bioshock, Dark Souls, maybe Second Sight. That's not really much at all to go on.
