Mayweather was technically far superior to Paquiao. I don't know what the public were expecting. It wasn't going to be a massive bawl. Mayweathers defensive completely shutdown Paquiao. Just because he's arrogant as **** doesn't mean he's not the better fighter. Sometimes the good guy doesn't always win. The general public don't know what boxing is. It's not a street fight and Mayweather is unbeaten for a reason.
