i just got braces 3 days ago, what are some good soft foods? I can eat while my teeth are sore. I have been having shakes for lunch and dinner and I'm tired of having that.
comment what some good soft food that don't have a lot of sugar.

Had them for two years, got them off last year! They only hurt for the first week really.

Then after that, every time you get them tightened like the day after.

Take some string cheese and put it in the microwave for 5 seconds.

Try some chewing gum, usually helps with braces.

This is true for me too, once they stopped hurting I honestly gave no ****'s and ate what ever I wanted.
