I got them with Powder blue bands;)

I at Bananas as snacks
and for dinner Chicken soup from a tin;)
But don't baby them otherwise they'll stay sensitive its got to toughened!

Yogurt, soups, pasta, shakes. Try and avoid anything that is crunchy while they are sore or if you've just tightened them. The soreness should go away after a week or so. I had braces for almost three years and my teeth were only sore when they tightened them.
