No because everyone has their own unique battle log that has premium/does not. Unless someone was willing to share their battle log info with you, you can only get premium from buying it.

This guy is retarded don't listen to him of course you can license transfer premium it just won't show on your battlelog because you didn't buy it personally but you'll still have it man

You can license transfer ANYTHING that is downloadable content on xbox 360.
Premium? Yes you can.

But things such as GTA cash which is not downloaded, but instead it sticks to the profile on an online server, can not. Because it is not a file. or DLC
