Move your router closer to your Xbox. Try using an Ethernet Cord too if you have one.

Quick, Easy, and Simple...
Home Depot, Low's, and Costco sell 100 foot Ethernet Cables. Buy one and plug it into your Router/Modem.
Tape it to the floor or staple it to the roofing, it's work well worth your time. you'll almost double your download speed
from your original wireless download speed.
Best of Luck and Safe Stapling!

Ethernet cables are the best thing since internet.
No internet drop outs.
Full speed potential.
Reliable.
They are cheap, and are awesome.
