No it isn't everything, i have a squad on this fifa where only one player has 85+ Pace, and i have got to, and won Division One multiple times, if you know how to actually play football and pass the ball you won't have any issues, i've played Ultimate Team since it first came out, and played since fifa 04, and i have never had to rely on pace to win games on FUT or Online Modes, truth is if you have to rely on pace to win games then you're pretty bad.

Here are some adjustments I would make.

Khedira is strong but slow.

Kroos is good but wasted at CDM

Pique is slow.

Diego alves is too short imo

Alba, I hate that lil fuker

Iniesta, I honestly don't like his card, I like having a CAM that has good longshots.

Alves, His workrates are awful for a RB, imo.

Bale and neymar, I like having them up top and since they have pace, they can easily run past the opponents defence.
