Hey guys, i building a pc and there are parts like the the r9 270 for around 90 pound and the i3-4130 for around 70 pound, should i consider them?

Theres nothing wrong with buying of ebay, I bought my ram,gpu and psu of ebay. Just make sure they have good feedback.

Buying these two will give you the biggest performance increase.

Myself I don't like used parts because you don't know what the original owner did with them a friend brought a used GPU and it failed in a month and the seller wouldn't take it back. Turns out the seller ghetto repaired the GPU and sold it on eBay before it failed again.

OP-Depends on the component. Some parts should not be bought from eBay, some are fine.

All the parts that i have got from ebay have been all good
