Find a player which is selling just above their min price, this will allow you to sell the players after instead of just being stuck with them. If you don't do the contract/fitness way you will lose a lot of tax no matter what. You should of done a comfort trade, may cost more but 100% worth it.

That is the easiest and best way, there is no shortcut

Not 100% sure but check the Legends price ranges and how much they're currently selling for. I know you could do it with TOTY David Luiz and probably transfer around 70k each time.

Buy a high rated player for minimum on your main. Sell for max. Buy the same player for max on the mule account. Put on the market for minimum. Buy back the player from your mule account with your main and sell for minimum and repeat. You'll lose a lot for tax but it's pretty fast.
