Boar wrote okay, manually jump your motherboard to see if that works for now, to do this find the two pins your front IO power connector goes on and bridge them with a small piece of conductive metal like tweezers for a second, if the PC boots then the problem is in your front IO.

ive alreay taken everything apart and put cpu and cpu cooler in aswell as ram. i plugged in 24pin aswell a 8pin cpu took a flathead made a connection between multiple pins just to make sure and still no boot.

Neweeg is sending me a replacement motherboard. The psu works it passed paper clip test.

You know the 24 Pin motherboard connector try it without the extra 10Pin EPS connector.
