Well you would need to give us a budget, how much would you be willing to spend on a pc? Would you need a monitor?

A pc is more future proof than a console and can be easily upgraded.

Depending on what settings you want to be able to run games on the initial build can cost more but you will save money on not having to pay to play online and most of the time games cost a bit less on release. Specs will depend on what you have to spend, if you have a budget now you can request a build in the PC building forums and someone will give you a partlist with the best possible specs for your cash.

Currently have 2 23xi Hp Monitors for my Mac, I can sell things so give me any price below £800 (preferably lower than that though 800 is max).

This build right here would be capable of maxing out all games at 1080p with 60+ fps.

Prices are changing though all the time, new components coming out, so it would be best if you make a request when you have the money ready.
