The 4150 will perform slightly better, and provide better temperatures but it's not going to be a significant amount. The 4150 is usually a tad cheaper in most places, and it's obviously better to get a decent motherboard, rather than a budget one but as I've told you before, just get the 4150 and a H81 board and make sure to ask that the motherboard be updated to the latest BIOS. Overclockers do it for free, and some other merchants may do it for free.

Ive emailed them twice at OC and they not come back and there live chat dosent work so im considering asking someone on amazon

Craig bought a Z87 board from Overclockers and had it updated to the latest BIOS for free with no issue.

Oh fair enough ill just buy the H81M-K and get a 4160 then! same price.

As for your first question, my old 270X ran GTA on Medium with some settings on high at a solid 35 ish fps.

only because GTA IV was a shit port
and I had ICEnhancer installed, but even before it was maxing at 40fps on medium.
