Just reached 30 on my smurf, so if I play ranked now and win 10/0 or maybe 9/1 of my placements, where shall I be ranked? Without any previous rank? Anyone know?

Depending on how well you did in those games you could get a max of Plat 3. I have not seen anyone get a higher placement than that.
