I'm not going to sit and link a bunch of SSDs, but any of the following will be fine;
Samsung 850-EVO, Samsung 850 Pro, Crucial BX100, Crucial MX100, Crucial MX200, Kingston Fury. A few more but those are usually well priced and widely available. Get whichever capacity is sufficient for you, and that you can afford.

Change the HDD to Western Digital Blue 1TB.
They're overall better HDD's.

You caught me. I'm looking to build a second PC with a few of my old parts from my main PC that I upgrade.

So you're looking for a new rig? What components do you already have that you'll be using in it? What will the 2nd PC be used for? Do you need peripherals for it? What is your budget for the components needed for the 2nd PC?
