It really depends on where the 10 years is added on. If I can be like 25 for 10 years straight then definitely that but if it's just added on and im chillen on my death bed for like 15 years then i'll take the 3m.
I might just take the 3m and start investing...

I would honestly do the money, the reason is because i'm not sure what's going to happen within those 10 years, therefore i would just go with the money.

I would add 10 years to my life. Even if I only live to be in my 80s, that's better than living until your 70s ;)
