EXERCISE 1: STANDING BARBELL CURL
EXERCISE 2: INCLINE DUMBBELL CURL
EXERCISE 3: STANDING BICEPS CABLE CURL
EXERCISE 4: REVERSE GRIP BENT-OVER ROWS
EXERCISE 5: CONCENTRATION CURLS
EXERCISE 6: ONE-ARM DUMBBELL PREACHER CURL
EXERCISE 7: HAMMER CURLS
You pick any of these I bet you will begin to see results and it will burn if done right.

When you work out your biceps, you don't have to do the same one each time. I'm sure you know more than 3-4 bicep exercises, so just switch them up each time. If you want to know some more, just go on google or youtube and type in bicep workouts/exercises and you'll find many videos. And I would say don't work your biceps more than twice a week. Make sure you're hitting all your other body parts.
