i have r9 295x2 and fx 8350 and 8gb ram on gta i'm lucky to get 40fps+ i need some help please and also on project cars my fps sucks any help would be great thanks

What kind of usage is your card getting in games?

Compare that to your CPU usage and report back.

Check temperatures and make sure your GPU drivers are up to date. Also what resolution are you running?

If you're playing at 4k, that's perfectly reasonable. If you're playing at 1080p, you should be closer to 100FPS. Make sure everything is up to date, and make sure temps are good.
