You have to remember the Surface is a tablet so it will have a mobile CPU which has a mobile iGPU.

If you want to play GTA V with relatively decent settings, sell the surface that's if you win of course and build a PC.

I don't really care how bad the quality is. As long as it's playable, thats all I care about.
