Hello, I have some Dell laptop and it shutdown recently and isn't able to boot without
the boot-disk. But obviously I do not still have it, I know there are ways to boot
Windows Vista 7 from a USB but I am unaware on how to do so. Any help would be most
appreciated, Thanks peps.

Once you have downloaded an ISO file for your copy of Windows, there is the [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] which will enable you to create a bootable USB drive that you can use to reinstall/repair Windows from.
You will have to find the ISO file yourself as we aren't allowed to link them.
