That will work fine but a couple recommendations I have for you is to not get an aftermarket cooler because you can use the stock cooler and be fine for that CPU, I also recommend getting 4x 2GB sticks so you can use the dual channel memory which enhances speed greatly. Another thing, I don't recommend Radeon graphics cards, I would get a GTX 660TI or a GTX 750 if possible, if not the radeon will work just fine but you will see better performance in graphics. You NEED to get a 120GB SSD as well for your OS, look for the cheapest 120GB SSD on Newegg and you will be fine. 4x2 GB Sticks? wut? Dual channel is better by getting 2x4gb but at this budget getting 1 8gb stick is cheaper. There is nothing wrong with radeon graphics cards, they don't perform worse because they are radeon?

You dont "NEED" an SSD. It is optional, but reccommmended as it speeds up boot times. Radeon graphics cards CAN be better than NVIDIA in some cases. Also "4x 2GB" would be quad channel (i think) not dual.

Radeon GPU are worse? Funny how the r9 290 is performing way better than most gtx cards around that budget.
